Nancy Metzger

Vice President and Director of Property Management

Nancy oversees all management operations in CMS’s portfolio. Her duties include managing all compliance activities, investor relations, personnel management and working with development to ensure timely delivery of units during initial lease-up. Marketing and asset management also fall under Nancy’s purview.

Nancy has more than 25 years of property management experience in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland and Minnesota. She has a wealth of knowledge in marketing and managing both affordable and market-rate rental communities.

Nancy has a B.S. in Gerontology from California University of Pennsylvania and is an Accredited Residential Manager and a member of PAHMA. She lives in South Park with her husband Scott and their two dogs, Indie and Moon.
